🔹General Cancellation Terms :

• 30+ Days Before Departure :
  ✅ 100% refund in the form of a travel coupon, valid for future bookings.
  💰 Or opt for a monetary refund after a 15% deduction as cancellation charges.

• 20–30 Days Before Departure :
  ✅ Receive 80% of the tour fee as a travel coupon,
  💰 Or monetary refund with 50% deduction.

• Less than 20 Days Before Departure :
  ❌ No monetary refund.
  ✅ Get 20% of the tour fee as a travel coupon (if full payment was made).

• Less than 15 Days Before Departure :
  ❌ No refund in any form.
  ❗Finding a replacement is allowed and encouraged to avoid loss.

🔄 Ticket Transfers

• Transfer to Next Batch :
  ✅ Allowed with a 20% rescheduling charge
  📅 Must be requested at least 10 days prior to departure.

❗Special Circumstances

• Late Arrival / No Show :
  ❌ No refund or reschedule will be provided.

• Illness / COVID-19 Cancellations :
  ❌ No refund or rescheduling allowed.
  ✅ You may send a replacement participant.

• Festive Season (e.g. New Year / Christmas Events) :
  ❌ No refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of departure.

🧾 How to Cancel a Booking

• 📧 Send a cancellation request via email only to:

• ⏱ Refund eligibility will be calculated from the date of the email request.

• 📩 You will receive a confirmation within 24–48 hours.

• 💳 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2–5 business days.

Note : We do not process cancellations or refunds over the phone or social media.

🌧️ Cancellation by Tirumala Adventure Tours

• Before Departure (due to weather, political issues, etc.):
  ✅ Full refund or option to shift to another trip (excluding any transport cancellation charges).

• After Trip Commences (due to natural calamity, government order, etc.):
  ❌ No refund possible.

• Insufficient Participation:
  ✅ We may cancel the trip. In such cases, you can opt for a full refund or shift to another date.

• Transport related Issues:
  🚐 We will try to make alternative arrangements.
  💰 Refund (if applicable) will be based on actual costs incurred.
